    I recently bought a 2 BHK apartment in Kankriya Kankriyas Elite for my parents. The super builtup area is around 764 sq.ft, which is a comfortable size for them. The location in LIC Nagar is good because it's relatively peaceful but still accessible. Kauvery Hospital is nearby at nearby, which gives me peace of mind knowing they have quick access to medical facilities. The intercom is useful for them to communicate with the security. While the project offeessential amenities like landscaping and rainwater harvesting, I did find the overall build quality to be average. It's a decent investment for parents, but not a luxury offering.
