We finally moved out of our rented place into this 2 BHK apartment in Kanha Landmark. It's a decent size, around 1150 square feet, which is a good upgrade for us. The children's play area was a big draw, and our kids love it. Being near Podar International School is also very convenient for their commute. The overall construction feels solid, and the landscaping adds a nice touch to the complex. We haven't had any major issues so far. The swimming pool is a good place to relax on weekends. We did notice the traffic on Ajwa Road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but that's typical for Vadodara. Kanha Group seems to have maintained the property well since its completion in 2013.

The proximity to Savita Supepeciality Hospital is a huge relief, knowing it's so close if needed. The 24x7 water supply is reliable, which is a basic necessity we appreciate. The landscaping and tree planting make the surroundings pleasant. However, the lift system can sometimes be a bit slow during peak hou, especially with many residents using it. I think the Kanha Group has done a reasonable job with the amenities provided in this project.
