    We bought a 2 BHK here at Kanha Dreamland. The carpet area is a good 613 sq.ft, which felt spacious enough for us. It's ready to move, so we could shift immediately. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium were attractive. Being close to Savita Supepeciality Hospital, nearby, was also a factor. The location in Waghodia is developing well. The only drawback we found is the traffic noise during peak hou, as it's quite close to the main junction. Other than that, the internal roads and footpaths are well done. The children's play area is also a nice touch for future family plans.
