We decided on Kanaklaxmi Carnation because of its location near Rasbihari International School, which is very convenient for our children. It’s also close to the Nashik Road Railway Station. The 2 BHK flats are around 520 square feet, offering decent space for our family. We moved in July 2015, so it has been a while. The amenities like the swimming pool and children play area are well-used by our kids. The landscape garden is also a nice spot to relax. One small issue we face is occasional dust from the nearby construction, but it's manageable. Kanaklaxmi Developeprovided essential facilities like a lift and 24x7 water supply.

We were looking for something ready to move and found Kanaklaxmi Carnation. The 407 square feet 1 BHK is compact but works for us as we both work in IT and are hardly home. Location is great, being right on Peth Road and Maharashtra State Highway 17 means we can get to work easily. Traffic can be a bit much during peak houthough, which is a common issue in Nashik. The swimming pool is a nice addition for unwinding after a long week. Kanaklaxmi Developeseem to have focused on basic amenities. We are still settling in but overall, it seems like a decent place for young professionals.

The only thing I'm a little concerned about is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight when the building is full. Still, for a fit home, it feels like a solid choice.
