Shree Varu Homes seems to have a good track record. I like that it is ready to move in. The price range of 1.25 to 1.7 crore is competitive for this area. I am expecting good rental income here. The proximity to Nelson Manickam Road, about 500 meteaway, is a plus for connectivity. Also, Nungambakkam and Kodambakkam railway stations are nearby. The north and south-facing options are a thoughtful touch. Overall, a solid bet for property investment in Chennai.
