    Kamalayam seemed like a good option because it's close to SRM Public School, which is nearby. We booked a 2 BHK apartment. The construction feels solid, and Vasantham Promotementioned earthquake-resistant features. Having 24x7 water supply is a relief. The ready-to-move status was key for us as we needed to settle quickly before the new school year. The kids play area is decent, though it could use a bit more equipment. The carpet area is functional for our family of three. The nearby Guduvanchery Bus Stop is nearby, making public transport accessible.

Getting to the Grand Southern Trunk Road is easy, only takes about 10 minutes. Sometimes traffic on the main road can be a bit much during peak hou, but that's typical for Chennai.
