After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Kalyani Sai Srushti offered a 2 BHK which is quite spacious, around 801 to 1127 square feet. I chose one of the larger ones. The price range of 24.19 Lakh to 45.85 Lakh was quite reasonable for Aurangabad. The location in Sangram Nagar is quiet compared to the main city areas. It is good to have 24/7 water supply and power backup, especially in this climate. The project by Kalyani Buildeis ready to move in, which was a priority for me. I also appreciate the fire sprinklefor safety. The proximity to Podar International School and United CIIGMA Hospital is convenient, though I don't have children or health concerns at the moment.
