The 2 BHK flats are 260 sq.ft carpet area, which is adequate for my needs. The electrical meter room is well-placed. Being in Raviwar Peth, Laxmi Road, connectivity is good, though parking can be a bit of a challenge if you have guests with caI appreciate the closed and open parking options they provide. It felt like a secure investment for my future.

The only downside is the rooms are a bit compact for the price we paid, but it’s a good start for us. It’s close to the PMC Metro Station which is nearby, so commuting is easy.
