    I recently moved into Kalyan Sapphire in Peroorkada and it's been a good experience so far. The 1215 Sq.ft 2 BHK apartment is a comfortable size for me, not too big and not too small. I really appreciate the 24x7 security and the access control with swipe card at the entrance; it makes me feel very safe living alone. The gymnasium is well-equipped, which saves me the hassle of going to a separate gym. The location is convenient, close to essential services. My only minor issue is that the internal roads within the complex can get a bit congested during peak houOverall, it's a decent place for a single professional.

    This is my fit home purchase and I chose Kalyan Sapphire. I looked at the 2 BHK configurations, which have super builtup areas between 1215 Sq.ft and 1287 Sq.ft. The price of 68.04 Lakh for the smaller unit was within my budget. I liked that it's a gated community with 24x7 water supply and security. The multipurpose room and indoor games are nice additions for future use. The location in Peroorkada is also quite convenient. My only worry is that since it's ready to move, there might be some wear and tear or issues that weren't immediately apparent during the site visit. I will have to be diligent with the initial check.

The location in Peroorkada is also beneficial as it’s relatively close to schools, though I haven't seen specific school names listed. The only downside is that parking can be a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles, and the rubber fendeon parking areas don't fully solve the issue for larger caStill, it's a good family environment.
