Having analyzed several options in Jagatpura, Kalyan Diamond offea good built-up area for the price. We purchased a 3 BHK measuring 1500 sq.ft for just over 61 Lakh. The location near NH-8 and Mahal Road provides excellent connectivity, which is crucial for my work. The club house and gymnasium are well-maintained, offering good amenities for residents. Construction quality seems solid. The only drawback is the lack of readily available information regarding OC status, which is a bit concerning for an investment. However, the project was completed in October 2022, so it is ready to move in.

We finally moved out of our rental flat and bought a 2 BHK in Kalyan Diamond. The 1100 sq.ft built-up area feels much better than what we had. Getting a ready-to-move property was key for us, and this project was completed in October 2022. The location in Jagatpura, near DMART, is quite good, and the price point of 44.96 Lakh was what we could afford. The children's play area is a definite plus for our little one. The only slight issue is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but that's common in Jaipur. We are happy with our decision.
