We've been renting in Paldi for yeaand finally decided to buy. Kalpvruksh Meadows by Kalp Infracon Pvt Ltd caught our eye. The 4 BHK configuration is what we need, and the size around 1800 square feet is comfortable. Being near Parimal Garden is a big plus for weekend relaxation. The price point of 2.53 crore upwards is a significant investment, but we feel the area's development justifies it. We did notice some dust and noise from the ongoing construction, which is expected but a bit botheome. The expected completion date is December 2026. We are hoping the developer maintains good quality, as they have in past projects.

My only slight worry is the traffic on New Shardamandir Road during peak hou, but that's common for Paldi.
