We purchased a 2 BHK flat in Kalpataru Sankalp Residency about six months ago. The size is quite good, our unit is 551 square feet and feels very spacious. Being ready to move was a major advantage for us. The location in Gadhinglaj is peaceful, and it's convenient to have Creative School and Junior College right at nearby. We also appreciate the 24x7 water supply, which is essential. The construction quality appeasolid. The only small issue is that the roads in the immediate vicinity are a bit dusty during construction periods, but that is manageable. Overall, a good place for a settled life.
