We are getting a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 462 square feet. The developer, Kalpataru Buildcon, is known for its projects. The complex offea children's play area, which is great for the kids to have fun within the premises. They also have good provisions for water conservation. The construction is ongoing and completion is slated for December 2026. The closed car parking is a definite plus. We visited the site and the overall environment seemed safe and family-friendly.
