I considered the 3 BHK apartments which have a built-up area of 1330 sq.ft. The price range of 45.37 Lakh - 57.19 Lakh is quite competitive for Kochi. Having amenities like a gymnasium and jogging track is good for staying healthy. My only concern is the lack of readily available bank information for loans, but I'll manage. The project was completed in 2012.
