    I invested in Kallam Kallams Akshay B mainly because of the location in Pothuru. The area is developing quickly and having the Hindupur-Kadiri highway nearby helps with connectivity. I picked a 2 BHK unit here as a rental asset. Kallam Housing & Real Estate completed the project in March 2021, and it seems to have held up well since then. The demand for 2 BHK flats in this belt of Guntur is quite consistent. While the project is not very big, it is functional. The distance to the subway station is over five kilomete, so it is better for those who own a vehicle. Overall, a decent addition to my portfolio for long term growth.

    We checked out several places in Pothuru before finalising Kallam Kallams Akshay B. The 2 BHK unit we selected is 501 Sq.ft, which is fine for our current needs.
