Getting to work via the SPRing Road should be easy, especially with Shivranjini cross-roads not too far away. I am considering a 3 BHK unit, which offea good carpet area between 1740 and 1890 square feet. The price range of 59.99 Lakh to 67.38 Lakh is a bit high for my current budget, but the amenities like a gated community and 24x7 water supply are very appealing for security and convenience. The construction is ongoing, with completion expected in December 2028. I'm hoping the developer, Shri Ram Develope, maintains good quality.

Having The New Tulip International School right next door is also a big plus for the future. The location on Shilaj-Bopal-Ghuma Road seems convenient. I just hope the construction quality is as good as they say. The developer has included features like a fire fighting system and efficient split AC provision, which are nice touches for a new home.
