I just moved into my 2 BHK apartment in Kalash Parisar. It is 526 sq.ft carpet area, which is a decent size for one peon. The location near the S. P. Ring Road in Naroda is quite convenient for my commute to work. I liked that they have basement parking with fire safety and also 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which makes me feel secure. The dual plumbing system is a nice touch. The only downside is that sometimes the traffic on the Ring Road can be heavy during peak hou, making it a bit noisy. But overall, it’s a good place for someone starting out. The price was within my budget too.

I really liked the vitrified tile flooring and the decorative doo; they give a nice finish. The senior citizen relaxation area is thoughtful, though not relevant for me right now. The location is close to the S. P. Ring Road, which is good for getting around Ahmedabad. The construction completion was in June 2023, so it's quite new. The only slight concern is that the internal roads within the society feel a bit narrow when caare parked.
