They will have plenty of space in the 4 BHK apartment, which is 3515 Sq.ft built-up. I really liked the idea of a senior citizen siteout and the 24x7 water supply. Having a gymnasium and yoga/meditation area is also good for their health. The developer, KALA INFRASTRUCTURE CTURE TURE URE RE E, has provided essential safety features like fire fighting systems and 24x7 CCTV surveillance. It's also close to Sterling Hospitals, which is reassuring.
