It's ready to move since July 2023. Kakatiya Infra has provided good infrastructure like internal roads and footpaths, plus storm water drains which is important. The location is convenient, being a short distance Shadnagar Bus Station and a short distance restaurants like Yummy Restaurant & Udipi Hotel. My main concern is the traffic on the main road during peak houwhen entering Shadnagar. It can be a bit congested.
