Finding a nice house in Vapi was tough but Kakaria Lifestyle Royale finally ended my search. I really like the layout of these 3 BHK villas at 2150 square feet. It feels very private compared to the usual apartments I was seeing. The strategic location near NH 8 is a big plus for my daily commute to work. Kakaria Housing & Infrastructure did a good job with the landscaping and tree planting, which makes the premises look very green and fresh. The children play area is maintained well too. I do wish there were more shops within immediate walking distance, but the drive to the market is not too long. It is a solid, ready to move property that fits my budget of 55.9 Lakh perfectly.

Also, the water pressure sometimes fluctuates during the afternoon. Despite these small issues, the overall living experience is quite comfortable. It is a well planned community that offea good lifestyle for the current price tag.
