Having retired, I sought a peaceful and secure environment. Kaizen Vedha offe24x7 security and a gated community, which provides that peace of mind. The Vastu compliant homes appealed to me. I purchased a 2 BHK of about 970 sq.ft. The price was around 68 Lakhs, which felt fair. My only reservation is the lack of readily available information about the Completion date and OC received, which makes it slightly harder to gauge the long-term project status. However, the solar power system and RO water are beneficial for daily living.

I purchased a 2 BHK which has a saleable area of about 950 sq.ft. The proximity to DLF IT Park, nearby, is excellent for professionals. The developer, Kaizen, emphasizes transparency and 100% transparency, which is good. EV charging points are a forward-thinking amenity. I'm hoping the maintenance charges will also be reasonable in the long run. The gated community aspect is also a plus.
