We've put down our booking for a 3 BHK at Kaizen Temple View. The carpet area is a good 1480 Sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for us and future planning. It's still under construction, with a September 2025 completion date, so we have time to get things ready. The location in Mansoorabad, South Hyderabad is what drew us in, especially being close to Johnson Grammar School and Kamineni Hospitals. That proximity is a huge relief for us. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is expected but something to keep in mind. The developer, Kaizen Homes Pvt Ltd, seems to be on schedule based on what we've seen. We're hoping the finished product lives up to the plans. The closed car parking is also a definite plus.

This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Kaizen Temple View in Mansoorabad, South Hyderabad. I've booked a 3 BHK flat with a carpet area of 1480 Sq.ft. The project is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in September 2025. I was impressed by the amenities like storm water drains and water conservation efforts, which seem responsible. It's also conveniently located near NH 9, nearby, and L. B. Nagar Metro Station is also accessible at nearby. My main worry is the lack of information on pricing, as I had to budget carefully for my fit home. Kaizen Homes Pvt Ltd is the developer, and I'm trusting their track record. The size of the flat is generous.

The proximity to Kamineni Hospitals, nearby, was a major deciding factor for me, along with the closeness to Johnson Grammar School, also nearby distant. The project is under construction by Kaizen Homes Pvt Ltd, with completion planned for September 2025. I appreciate the provision for 24x7 water supply and a sewage treatment plant, which are essential facilities. My only minor reservation is the slightly longer distance to the Vijayawada Highway at nearby, which might make travel a bit time-consuming. However, the overall infrastructure and location seem promising for a peaceful living experience.

Looking for a bigger place for the family, we checked out Kaizen Temple View. The 3 BHK configuration with 1480 Sq.ft carpet area sounds perfect for our two kids. It's under construction right now, with completion expected in September 2025. We liked that it's close to NH 9, which makes weekend getaways easier, and also close to Johnson Grammar School and Kamineni Hospitals, which is critical for us. The landscaping and tree planting mentioned in the amenities are appealing for a greener environment. One small concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, which can get quite heavy.
