Being ready to move is a huge advantage, as we can settle in without any delay. The amenities like 24/7 water supply are essential for us. The proximity to Akshar Public School, about 5.5 kilometeaway, is a major factor for the kids' education. While the location in Taali is decent, the connectivity could be better. Sometimes getting onto the main roads takes a little longer than expected, especially during peak business houHowever, the overall construction quality seems robust, and Kabir Developehave a decent reputation in Vadodara.

The 2 BHK villas are a comfortable 680 square feet built-up, a nice step up from our current apartment. It's great that the project is ready to move in and has 24/7 water supply, which are basic necessities we couldn't compromise on. The developer, Kabir Develope, seems to be on schedule with the completion by September 2024. My only real concern is the noise levels from the nearby Taali Dhanyavi Road, especially during the day. It's quite a busy stretch. However, the villa itself is well-built, and the overall community feels safe and developing, which is what we wanted for our future.

Having 24/7 water supply is a must, especially with a busy schedule. The location on Taali Dhanyavi Road is okay, not too far from the hospital I will be joining.
