This is my fit property purchase and I chose K3 Orium Vihaara. The developer, K3 Vision Private Limited, seems reputable. I’m looking at a 2 BHK with a carpet area of about 700 square feet. The proximity to KD Hospital is a significant advantage for peace of mind. They also have 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance which is reassuring. The project is under construction and completion is expected by December 2031. The main issue is the dust and construction activity around the site, which is expected given it's a developing area. I’m hoping it settles down once construction is finished. The amenities like high speed elevatoand indoor games are nice additions.

We liked the location of K3 Orium Vihaara. Being close to Global Indian International School was a big plus for us. Also the Chandkheda Gandhinagar highway is easily accessible which helps with our commutes. We looked at the 2 BHK apartments, the carpet area is around 650 square feet which seems decent for starting out. The construction is still ongoing and scheduled for December 2031 completion, so we have time. The children's play area looks good for future family plans. One thing that concerned us a bit was the traffic noise from the nearby highway, especially during peak houWe are hoping the building design will minimize that.

Being near Global Indian International School is a plus. However, the access road to the project could be better. It's a bit narrow and can get congested, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times. The overall construction looks solid, and they have 24x7 water supply which is essential.
