Finally decided to buy my fit home at K3 Kalarav Elegance. It's a 4 BHK and the carpet area is a good 2160 square feet, which felt quite spacious when I visited. The price starting from 59.98 Lakh seemed reasonable for the size and location in Paldi. It's ready to move in, which is a huge plus because I didn't want to wait for construction. The proximity to Shreyas Metro Station, a short distance, is very convenient for commuting. My parents also liked that it's close to the Jain Temple. The only slight worry is the traffic on New Sharda Mandir Road during peak hou, but that's common in Ahmedabad. Overall, it felt like a good starting point for my property journey.

The 4 BHK apartment has a really generous 2160 square feet carpet area, giving us plenty of room to grow. It's ready to move, which meant we could settle in quickly after finalizing the deal around 59.98 Lakh. The location in Paldi is great; it's close to the metro station, which is a big win for my daily commute to the IT corridor. My partner likes that Sheth C N Vidyalaya is nearby for future planning. Finding a home with enough space for the whole family was a priority. K3 Kalarav Elegance offered a 4 BHK with 2160 square feet of carpet area, which is fantastic. It's in Paldi, near the Jain Temple, and importantly, very close to Sheth C N Vidyalaya, making school runs much easier. The price of 59.98 Lakh onwards was within our budget for this size. Being ready to move in was also a major advantage, meaning no more waiting around. My husband really appreciated the proximity to Sterling Hospitals, just in case. The biggest drawback we've noticed is the noise from the road, especially during the day. It can get quite loud with traffic passing by, which is a concern with young children. We are still considering it because of the space and location benefits.
