This is my fit property purchase, and I chose K Ville in Ravet. I decided on a 2 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 740 Sq.ft. The budget of 60.95 Lakhs fit my financial plan perfectly. I was impressed by the amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium, and especially the smart video door phone in every flat. The location is developing, and it's good that S. B. Patil Public School is nearby, which might be useful in the future. The project is still under construction, with completion expected in December 2026. One thing I am a bit concerned about is the price, as the higher end of the 3 BHKs go up to 85 Lakhs, which feels a bit steep. Also, the OC received status is not available yet, which makes me slightly nervous.
