Moving into K N A1 Balaji Residency was a big step for us. We picked a 3 BHK flat, measuring 1300 square feet, which gives us plenty of room to grow. Being in Swami Vivekananda Layout, Amrutahalli, it’s a decent area. We liked that it’s ready to move in, so we didn't have to wait for construction. The price was in the upper end of our budget, around 81.25 Lakh, but the space justified it for us. My husband liked that it’s relatively close to the Outer Ring Road, nearby, for his commute. The only small issue is finding parking sometimes, especially when guests visit.
