Getting a 3 BHK unit at these prices is a solid deal for a ready to move property. K B Estates has done a fair job with the building quality. The inclusion of fire sprinkleand power backup makes it easier to find good tenants who value safety and comfort. I checked the 1400 Sq.ft unit and it is compact enough to attract working professionals. While the transit distance to the bus stop is a bit far, the road connectivity is decent enough for peonal transport. I think this will be a decent long term asset for my portfolio given the current market trends.

The best part is the proximity to Trips international School, which saves our children a lot of commute time every morning. My only concern is that the Lalla Charuvu Bus Stop is nearby, so you definitely need your own vehicle to get around easily. For a fit time buyer, this feels like a safe and sensible decision. The building looks solid and maintenance is manageable so far.
