The Gleneagles AWARE Hospital is also quite close, a short distance. Tanneru Vijay is the developer, and they seem to be building it up nicely. The closed car parking is a good feature. My only worry is the dust from the ongoing construction, but I guess that's normal. The location is decent, and the metro is also nearby.
