I booked a 3 BHK which is 1016 sq.ft, ample space for my family. The price point of around 80 Lakhs fits our budget. I liked that they have RO water systems installed and also EV charging points, which is very forward-thinking. The only slight issue is that Ayanavaram can get quite busy, so traffic might be a concern during peak houBut overall, the proximity to the hospital and the metro makes it very convenient.
