The main thing for me was the ready-to-move status, which means I don't have to wait for possession and can start earning rental income sooner. The internal roads are well laid out too. Overall, it looks like a solid purchase for capital appreciation.

However, the access road to the project, the narrow lane off the NRL petrol depot, could be better maintained; it gets muddy after rain. Despite that, the project itself feels well-built and the amenities are functional. We are looking forward to settling in.
