We finally found a spacious 3 BHK in Jubilee Temple Tree after looking for ages. Our rental place was getting too small for the two of us and our books. The 1800 square feet built up area feels really good, plenty of room to spread out. Jubilee Infra seems to have covered the basics well, like 24x7 water supply and power backup which are essential. The location in East Hyderabad, near LB Nagar, is convenient for my husband's commute to the highway. We are still waiting for the Occupancy Certificate though, which is a bit concerning. It's a ready-to-move-in project, so we were hoping that would be sorted. Overall, the space and location are the main draws for us right now.

We chose Jubilee Temple Tree for our family primarily because of the easy access to Johnson Grammar School, which is just a short nearby walk away. This makes the morning rush so much easier. Our children also love the idea of having a temple within the community complex. The 3 BHK flats are reasonably spacious, giving each of our kids their own room. We bought a flat around 1800 square feet. The price range of 1.28 Crore to 1.64 Crore was a stretch for us, but Jubilee Infra has a decent reputation. One small issue is the traffic noise from National Highway 65, which can be a bit much during peak hou, but we are getting used to it. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives us peace of mind.

I purchased a 3 BHK unit in Jubilee Temple Tree as an investment. The LB Nagar area in East Hyderabad has seen steady appreciation, and rental demand is usually good. The project was completed in March 2018 and is ready to move in, which is appealing for potential tenants. The built-up area for the 3 BHKs is between 1645 Sq.ft and 2100 Sq.ft, offering flexibility. The price range of 1.28 Cr to 1.64 Cr is competitive for the area. My main concern is the lack of readily available OC information, which might be a hurdle for some buyeHowever, the inclusion of amenities like a Sewage Treatment Plant and robust water supply systems are positive indicatoof the developer, Jubilee Infra's, commitment to infrastructure.

Relocating to Hyderabad for work, I needed a place that was both comfortable and strategically located. Jubilee Temple Tree caught my eye because of its proximity to Kamineni Hospitals, nearby. This makes my commute to work incredibly short and stress-free. The 3 BHK configuration offemore space than I initially thought I needed, but it’s nice to have the option for guests. The built-up area ranges up to 2100 square feet, which is quite generous. The price point is quite high, between 1.28 Crore and 1.64 Crore, but given the location and the fact that it's ready to move in, it felt like a worthwhile investment for my new life here. The water conservation and rainwater harvesting features are also impressive.

As a government employee, I look for reliability and good value. Jubilee Temple Tree seemed like a solid choice. The location in LB Nagar, East Hyderabad, is quite accessible, with the metro station nearby. This makes my daily commute very convenient. I opted for a 3 BHK which has a built-up area of around 1750 Sq.ft. The price was within my expected range, settling at about 1.35 Crore. The provision for 24x7 water supply and power backup are crucial for uninterrupted living. While the project is ready to move in, I noticed the common areas could use a bit more upkeep, especially the corridoIt's not a deal-breaker, but something Jubilee Infra could improve.

I bought a larger 3 BHK unit, about 2000 square feet, in Jubilee Temple Tree for my growing family. The proximity to Kamineni Hospitals at nearby was a major factor, offering peace of mind. My business requires me to travel frequently, so the easy access to National Highway 65 is very beneficial. The price was on the higher side, around 1.55 Crore, but the spaciousness and the amenities offered, such as the temple and ample car parking, made it justifiable. Jubilee Infra has provided good basic facilities like lift access and intercom. However, the parking slots themselves are a bit narrow, which can be tricky when maneuvering larger vehicles. Despite this, the overall feel of the community is quite good.

Decided to buy our fit home at Jubilee Temple Tree. The 1645 square feet flat size seemed like a good starting point for us. Being in IT, we really appreciate the proximity to L. B. Nagar Metro Station, only nearby, makes travelling easy. Also, having Johnson Grammar School and Kamineni Hospitals so close is a huge plus for future planning. The price was at the higher end of our budget, around 1.28 Crore, but we felt the location and amenities like the temple within the complex justified it. The construction quality looks decent from what we have seen. We are looking forward to moving in soon.
