I booked a 3 BHK, around 1595 square feet, which should be spacious enough for them. The price was around 57 lakh, which is within my budget. I liked that they have 24x7 security and water supply, which are important for senior citizens. The location in SBI OfficeColony, Dilsukh Nagar, is also familiar to them. Jubilee Infra seems to have completed the project back in May 2014. I am hoping the maintenance will be good for them. My parents will be moving in next month.
