The flat size of 1460 square feet is ample, and the closed car parking is a definite plus. Being close to LB Nagar, a short distance, offegood connectivity. However, I have noticed that the traffic noise from the main road can be noticeable at times, which is a bit botheome. The price of 91.97 Lakh onwards is quite significant, and I hope the maintenance costs remain manageable in the long run. Overall, it's a decent place.
