Jubilee Infra Planner Llp handed over the project by December 2023, and it feels solid. The location is convenient for us teache, being reasonably close to schools. We liked the idea of the club house and gym facilities. The only minor issue is the parking; it's closed car parking, which is good, but finding a spot can sometimes be a bit tight if you have guests. Still, a worthwhile upgrade.
