As a young couple working in IT, we wanted something modern and convenient. JRD Villa Gardenia in Kovaipudur seemed like a good fit. We liked the 3 BHK villas, which are around 1800 sq.ft built up. The price range of 78 Lakh to 1.03 Crore is a bit steep for us, but we managed to get one closer to the lower end. Having NH 47 close by is great for our commute to the city. The landscaping and tree planting give it a nice green feel. Power backup is also a must-have for us, and they have that. The construction feels solid. We are happy with the overall look and feel of the project.

The price was within our budget, around 90 Lakh. We liked the Vastu compliance and the rain water harvesting system. The internal roads are also well laid out. My only small concern is that it's close to the Kurumbapalayam Bus Stop, so relying solely on public transport might be a little tricky.
