We have been renting for yeaand finally decided to buy our own home. JR Valley offeresidential plots, so we can build exactly what we need. We looked at the 2000 Sq.ft plots, and they seem like a good starting point for our family home. The location in Bangalore East is good, and it's nice that it's ready to move, meaning we can start planning our build soon. The children's play area and the sports area are definitely a big draw for us. We liked that it’s relatively close to Winmore Academy. The only thing we are a bit concerned about is the dust from ongoing development in the wider area, but hopefully, that settles down. The price point is within our budget.

I was looking for a place that felt a bit away from the main city hustle but still connected. JR Valley seemed like a good option. The plots are ready to move, which was a big plus for me as I didn't want to wait for construction. I really liked the landscaping and tree planting; it makes the place feel quite green. The swimming pool and gymnasium are also great amenities to have close by. My plot is 2000 Sq.ft, which is a decent size for me to build a small independent house eventually. The location in Bangalore East, near ITPL, is convenient for my commute. My only slight worry is the traffic getting to ITPL during peak hou, it can get quite congested.

My only reservation is the lack of clarity on completion and OC received dates, which is something I'd ideally like to have.

Its location in Bangalore East, near ITPL, offegood connectivity. The price range of 30 Lakhs to 44.4 Lakhs is competitive considering it's a plot in Bengaluru. While the project itself seems solid, I did notice that access roads around the immediate vicinity could be improved; they are a bit narrow and can get busy.
