I am buying a flat in JP Narayan Vandan for my parents who live in Anand. The key factor for me was the location in V V Nagar, which is a familiar and comfortable area for them. It is also quite close to IRIS HOSPITAL, which provides peace of mind. JP Build Tech’s project being ready to move in was a huge relief, as my parents did not want to wait for construction. They can move in immediately. The address, Opp Kesar Vatika, Nr Raj Shivalay, is easy for them to give directions. The only minor drawback is that the Vallabh Vidhyanagar Bus Stop is a bit far, nearby, but they do not rely on public transport heavily. Overall, it seems like a solid, no-fuss property for them.
