The location in South West Ahmedabad, near the 100-ft Road, is convenient for our commutes. The price was around 30 Lakhs, which we could manage with a loan from HDFC. The project has a nice swimming pool and good landscaping. My husband liked the indoor games facility. The main issue is the traffic on the main roads during peak hou, especially getting to Shanti Asiatic School. However, the overall environment of the project is quite pleasant and feels like a good step up from our rental apartment.
