The 2 BHK flats are a good size, ranging from 651 to 820 square feet, which feels spacious enough for us. The price was on the higher side, between 82.12 Lakh and 1.02 Crore, but given it's a ready property and the developer, we felt it was a reasonable investment. The location off Pune Solapur Highway is convenient for commuting. I particularly liked the idea of a Vehicular Free Podium and the 80% open space, which means more greenery and less traffic inside the complex. The security features like 24x7 Security and Video Door Security are also very reassuring for my family.

Finding a home with good amenities near schools was our priority. Joyville Hadapsar Annexe Phase 6 has a dedicated Children's Play Area, which my kids absolutely love. The Lexicon School is also just nearby, making school runs much easier. We opted for a 3 BHK flat, and the built-up area is decent. My only concern is the traffic on the Pune Solapur Highway during peak hou; it can get quite congested. However, the proposed 30m R. P. Road to Saswad might help improve connectivity in the future. Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate has included a lot of facilities like a Swimming Pool and Club House, which are great for family time. The 24X7 Water Supply is also a big plus.
