I am buying this apartment for my parents who live in Kolkata. I am based abroad, so I needed a developer with a good reputation. Joy Majumder & Co has delivered projects before, which gave me some confidence. I looked at the 3 BHK configurations, and the carpet area ranges from 551 to 718 square feet. My parents mentioned the proximity to Narayana Hospital and RN Tagore Hospital is very convenient for them, being less than a kilometer away. The Khudiram Metro Station is also very close, which is good for them to travel. The project is still under construction, with completion targeted for March 2026. I hope the quality remains consistent.

We were looking for a place with good schools nearby for our children. Joy JMC Greens seemed like a good option because it's close to Ram Krishna Mission, which is about a 10-minute walk. We checked out the 2 BHK floor plan, the carpet area is around 600 square feet, which feels manageable for us. The project is under construction and expected to be ready by March 2026. The location in Sonarpur is developing well. My only concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, it can get quite heavy. We need to see how that pans out once more people move in. Overall, it seems like a decent choice for families.

We liked that it's in Sonarpur, Garia, and considered the proximity to Narayana Hospital and Ram Krishna Mission as important factofor our family's convenience, both being less than a kilometer away. The project is currently under construction, with completion expected in March 2026. The developer, Joy Majumder & Co, seems professional. However, we did find the parking space to be a bit limited during our site visit. We hope they have a clear plan for residents with multiple vehicles. Despite this, we are optimistic about the overall value.
