The location near St. Xavier's school on Dr. Zakir Hussain Avenue is peaceful. I appreciate the security guards on duty and the internal roads and footpaths which make the complex feel safe. The community hall could be useful for family functions. The only minor issue is the traffic on Dr. Zakir Hussain Avenue during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes. Other than that, the project by Joy Majumder & Co is well-planned.
