    We were looking for a plot near the city but not too deep inside. Jothi Gardens in Malliampathu seemed like a good option. It’s really close to NH67 and Kulumani Main Road, which makes commuting easy. The airport is also just a short drive away. We liked that it's a residential plot, so we can build exactly what we want. Thiru G Jothimahalingam is the developer here. Construction hasn't started on our plot yet, but the location is what sold us. The main concern is that being so close to the highway, there's quite a bit of traffic noise during peak houWe are hoping to build a good sized house here.

    Relocating to Tiruchirappalli for work at Kauvery Hospital was a big decision. Finding a place to stay was also a challenge, but I found Jothi Gardens. It’s incredibly convenient, being zero kilometefrom the hospital. Kamala Niketan school is also right there, which is great if I had kids. It's also very close to the Kulumani Main Road and NH67, making weekend trips easier. We decided on a residential plot so we could design a home with ample space for the children to play. Thiru G Jothimahalingam is the developer. While the location is fantastic for schools and connectivity, the immediate access roads could be better. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets quite heavy.
