My partner and I decided on Josa Visvasa for our fit home. Being a ready to move property from Josa Infra made the process much simpler than buying under construction. We liked that the project is located in Tukum, which feels quieter than the main city center but still has easy access to necessities. The nearby Haweli Complex is useful for shopping and entertainment. We are still exploring all the amenities, but the lifts and water conservation systems are functional. One thing we are a bit worried about is the parking situation. If we get a second car later, it might be a squeeze. The developer could have planned parking better. However, the immediate access to Bishop Januarius Memorial Carmel Academy and Sanjeevani hospital is fantastic for any future needs. We are generally happy with the purchase.

Josa Infra has installed lifts, which is important for us, and also has provisions for water conservation and rain water harvesting. The location is quite convenient; Sanjeevani hospital is very close by, which is reassuring. My husband works at the school nearby, so that's another big plus. The only downside we've noticed is that the traffic on the main road can be a little heavy during peak hou, making it slightly noisy sometimes. But considering we are moving from a rental, the space and the fact that it's our own home outweigh this minor issue. The sewage treatment plant is also a good feature to have.
