The location is convenient, close to Chitoor Road, and offedecent connectivity. I looked at the flat and it seemed okay for a fit-time buyer. The nearby Saraswati Vidyaniketan Public School is a positive point if one plans for a family later. While the project is ready to move, I noticed a bit of dust from ongoing construction nearby which might be an issue for some. Jomer Properties and Investments seems to be a reliable developer.
