    I recently moved into JMJ Sapphire One, and the location in Raiya is quite good for me. Being on 80 Feet Road, it's easy to get around Rajkot. It's also close to the highway, making weekend trips simpler. The proximity to Sterling Hospitals is a definite plus for peace of mind. JMJ Brookland Infracon has offered a ready-to-move option which suited my timeline perfectly. The apartment layout is functional for a single peon. My main concern is the parking situation; it feels a bit cramped, especially if visitocome over. Other than that, the security seems adequate, and the general atmosphere is calm.
