I recently purchased a plot at JMJ North Gate Phase II. Being a single woman, safety and basic facilities are my top priorities. The project offe24x7 CCTV surveillance and 24x7 water supply, which gives me peace of mind. I bought a 646 sq.ft plot for around 15.5 Lakh. It is ready to move, so I can start building when I'm ready. The Kumaran Medical Center is nearby, which is a great convenience in case of emergencies. While the price was reasonable, the plot sizes are quite varied, and I felt the 646 sq.ft was the most practical for my budget and future plans. The internal roads are decent, and landscaping is being done.

It's ready to move, which meant we could start planning our construction soon. The price point for this size was around 57.65 Lakh. Being teache, proximity to schools is important, and KV Matriculation Higher Secondary School is nearby, which is very convenient. We also liked the children's play area within the project for future use. The only slight concern is the traffic on the main road nearby during peak hou, but inside the project, it seems quiet. Overall, a good step up for us.

The project also has a children's play area, which is a fantastic amenity for our kids. The landscaping and tree planting also make it look pleasant. The only thing is the distance to the KG SEZ Bus Stop, which is almost nearby, making public transport a bit inconvenient for longer commutes. However, for our daily needs, it's quite manageable.
