The 2.5 BHK apartments, with super builtup areas between 1160 Sq.ft and 1182 Sq.ft, fall within the 38.28 Lakh to 39.01 Lakh budget. It's a ready-to-move-in project completed by JMD Developeback in 2014. The inclusion of a children's play area and power backup are good features. My primary concern is the lack of OC details, which is unusual for a completed project. I also noticed the roads around Muniyappa Layout can get congested. However, the earthquake-resistant structure is a solid point. It's a functional property for the asking price.
