We were looking for a spacious home in Noida and JM Aroma caught our eye. The 3.5 BHK flats are quite large, built up at 2260 square feet, which gives us plenty of room for the kids to play. It's also incredibly convenient having Kothari International School nearby, making the morning commute much easier. The project itself has good amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium, which we’ve started using. The 24x7 security is also a big plus for peace of mind. The price for the 3.5 BHK was around 2.3 Crore, which felt a bit high, but the location and space made it worth considering. The landscaping is also very well done.

Relocating to Noida for work, I needed a place close to the hospital. Cloudnine Hospital is literally a nearby walk, and the Sector 50 Metro Station is also that close, which is perfect for getting around the city quickly. I chose a 3 BHK flat which is 1325 square feet; it’s a good size for me and my wife. The apartment is ready to move in, which was a huge relief as I didn't want to wait. The building has a nice waiting lounge and a club house. My only minor concern is the traffic noise during peak hou, given its Sector 75 location. Otherwise, the view of the national park from my balcony is quite calming after a long day.

JM Aroma in Sector 75, Noida, offedecent living spaces. I purchased a 3 BHK flat, around 1550 square feet built-up area. The construction seems solid, and it was completed back in September 2012. The Vastu compliant design was a factor in my decision. They have a gym and a swimming pool which are well-maintained. The location is generally good, with schools and hospitals nearby. After retirement, I wanted a peaceful place with good facilities. JM Aroma offered a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1400 square feet. The project is in Sector 75, Noida, and has nice landscaping. The gymnasium and club house are well-equipped, and I enjoy the swimming pool. The security is 24x7 with video door systems, which makes me feel safe. It’s also very close to a pharmacy, which is convenient. The spectacular view of the national park from my window is a daily joy. While the price for my unit was around 1.8 Crore, I sometimes find the community hall area a bit small for larger gatherings. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live.
