We looked at the 2 BHK which has a built-up area of 695 sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for us. The location in New Alipore is decent, close to Diamond Harbour Road. We are hoping the completion by March 2025 gives us enough time to save a bit more. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and landscaping are appealing. My only worry is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully, that will settle down once it's finished. We are looking forward to moving in.
